Step #5

What do these phrases mean?

“NO” = No testing or mitigation is required for the property.

“Methane Buffer Zone” = Testing is required! If no methane is found, no mitigation plan is required. If methane is found, mitigation plan is required according to the degree of methane found.

“Methane Zone” = Testing and mitigation plan are both required regardless of if there is methane found in testing. If no methane is found a minimum Level II design is required, if more methane is found then an advanced system is required.

Please Contact Us if your location reads “Methane Buffer Zone” OR “Methane Zone.”
